Ink-jet printers

Matthews Intl.'s (Pittsburgh, PA) Jet-A-Mark® CIJ-6700 ink-jet printer prints small characters onto most packages. A removable hand terminal allows message programming and editing, while daily functions are controlled with a built-in interface.

Inks and solvents are contained in snap-on cartridges. It's capable of printing character sizes from 3/64" to 3/4" as well as logos and bar codes. Prints two lines of text at up to 984'/min.
