Anchor Glass (Tampa, FL) has introduced new Estate Green glass for wine bottles. Equivalent to a European color called Antique Green, it is intended for use primarily for premium wines.

The color took a year of research and testing to achieve and is made by blending a color compound with dead leaf green glass in a cooling forehearth.
