Includes a flow-through design of the central starwheel and inclined rotary stoppering head. Also the BT400 high-speed pick-and-place tray loader places vials into three- or four-sided trays in straight staggered or other patterns. Operating at speeds to 400 containers/min a robotic arm picks up vials by the side of their necks eliminating pivot linkage or slide mechanisms that extend over the vials.
