Fillers for clean environments

Sacmi offers 2 new filling units for ultra clean environments. The Volo-Mas 3S/100/20 monobloc unit consists of a multi-starwheel bottle rinse system, a filler that uses volumetric electronic technology for sparkling drinks (capable of handling bottles of different neck dias without size changeover), and a capper.

Produces as many as 48 1¼2-L filled PET bottles/hr. In comparison the Solo-Mas bottler produces 22 1.5-L filled bottles/hr and consists of a blower connected to the filler via a synchronized system (designed to fill bottles with still drinks in ultraclean environments) and a capping machine.
