Multifeeder’s (White Bear Lake, MN) feeding and gluing system uses a friction feeder to dispense flat products onto a conveyer. The next station applies a glue pattern to that product, and a second feeder places another product on top of the first.
Then the 2-piece stack is run under a pressure roller to secure both parts together. Recommended for attaching phone cards coupons and other promotional materials to flat products the machine operates at speeds between 120 and 150 pieces/min.
