Ethernet/ip scanner module
The new Ethernet/IP scanner module OM-NE was designed by Elau to meet the requirements of builders in the U.S. market.
It allows Elau’s PacDrive™ C600 and P600 controllers to serve as masters on Ethernet/IP networks, control I/O devices, connect HMI and communicate with management systems, and communicate between machine controls on packaging lines. The plug-in module occupies 1 of the 2 expansion slots on the C600 and P600 controllers. A configuration tool implemented in the company’s EPAS-4 software development toolkit enables the software integration, making an Ethernet/IP master a quick and easy upgrade.
