End-load cartoner

The new Hoypack FP200 end-load cartoner from Tetra Laval Food Hoyer (Albion, MI) is designed for end-loading a variety of food and nonfood products into single- or multi-pack cartons.

Speeds range from 15 to 300 cartons/min depending on product shape and pack pattern. Incorporates the Hoyer floating pocket infeed system which reduces short carton counts by waiting until the correct number of products are loaded into a pocket before dispersing them into the loading section.
