The Lageen Dispensing Jar from W. Braun (Chicago, IL) uses an internal dispensing device to meter the amount of viscous product released. After removing the cap, the jar is twisted and an internal PP ring device with a disc on top extrudes a controlled amount of product.
The residue then collapses inward for a clean surface area without introducing air into the jar. Suitable for cosmetics in particular. Exterior of jar is made of acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene.
