Decorating Effect

Shorewood Packaging, a business of International Paper, introduces Nitty Gritty, a tactile coating technique that gives customers another decorating option to enhance their package.

Effect is created by adding particles to a UV coating base through a silk-screen printing process. Coating mix can be opaque or transparent allowing any color graphic or text printed beneath the application to be visible.
