Crate denester

Changeover of crates that hold 12-oz to 3-L PET bottles can be accomplished without tools in less than 5 minutes on Nigrelli's (Kiel, WI) plastic tray automatic denesting system.

The unit operates at speeds to 80 crates/min. For the operator's protection the system also features full-height guard rails on each side of the conveyor that have locked access doors.
