Designed for packing assortments of candies, the SNC-F44 line from Schubert (Addison, TX) uses 2 robotic arms with grippers or vacuum cups to pick up to 4 different types of product and deposit them into trays at speeds of up to 200 pieces/min.
Each robot is directed by an image-processing system that determines the position of products on the conveyor using the robotic arms to pick them up. A model with a giant scanner for image processing is also available.
