The Carton Merge Unit from Garvey (Blue Anchor, NJ) merges multiple lanes of cartons into one with only simple guiderails and frame adjustments that require no tools.

Incoming lanes of cartons can be running at different line rates and the carton spacing can be random. Accommodates speeds to 400 cartons/min and permits change-over in less than 3 min. Appli-cations include foods cosmetics pharmaceuticals and household products.
