Cap inspection system

A new cap inspection system monitors potential faults in a packaging line and ensures ideal sealing conditions, says manufacturer Enercon (Menomonee Falls, WI).

The system includes a stalled-bottle detector missing-foil detector rejected-bottle counter and a total-bottle counter. A deluxe version includes an automatic start/stop feature back-up detector and a cocked cap detector.
