Bottled water packaging machinery is now available through Horix (McKees Rocks, PA) and Officine AVE (Merne, Italy). Rinsers are fully automatic with 10 to 120 heads for speeds to 1귔 bottles/ min.
Filling machines have 12 to 80 valves for speeds to 850/min. Cappers have up to 16 heads but can be engineered with more heads or higher capacities. Un-scramblers labelers packers and wrappers are also available. Configurations are free-standing synchronized monobloc or tribloc (shown).
