AutomationDirect: Mechanical pressure switches

AutomationDirect’s new ProSense MPS25 series mechanical pressure switches are designed for the toughest applications where conventional pressure switch designs are inadequate.
FILED IN:  Controls  > Machine components

These cost-effective switches feature an all welded 316 stainless steel sealed diaphragm actuator design (for up to 100 psi), or a direct-acting 316 stainless steel piston design with a Buna-N O-ring (for 200 to 7,500 psi).

The rugged 316 stainless steel housing provides resistance to vibration and shock while providing reliable operation over a wide operating temperature range. Pressure ranges from vacuum to 7500 psig are available; all models include a ¼-inch NPT process connection and a precision snap-acting SPDT, 3 Amp, mechanically-operated switch output.

Priced at $89, mechanical pressure switches are available with an integral six-foot cable with ½-inch NPT male conduit connector, or a DIN 175301-803C L-connector.

ProSense MPS25 series mechanical pressure switches are UL, CSA, CE and RoHS compliant and are backed with a three-year warranty.
