An automatic bag palletizer from Simplimatic Eng. (Lynchburg, VA) employs air flotation technology to create compact loads weighing up to 70 lb and measuring up to 14" x 30".
Produces bags at speeds to 35/min. Suited for a wide range of bagged products including grains fertilizer pet foods and coffee beans. Combines automatic rotating and pushing devices with low-volume high-pressure air tables to eliminate manual orienting and palletizing.
