We're suggesting a new federal law that holds employers responsible to their employees for unsafe working conditions that result in disabling injuries." Leffler suggested that equipment manufacturers need to provide education training manuals warning labels and safety tips that can prevent unsafe equipment use. "Let's focus on safer working conditions training and education for the workers of America and our product liability problems will begin to disappear" he said.
