Dover Corporation announced the combination of two of its Dover Engineered Systems companies: Markem Corporation, Keene, NH, and Imaje S.A., Bourg-lès-Valence, France.

Companies:Pro Mach, Inc. has acquired Allpax Products, Inc., a designer and manufacturer of sterilization, material handling and automated controls systems for food, beverage and pharmaceutical industries.  The acquisition will add retort and sterilization capabilities to Pro Mach's diverse portfolio of packaging equipment solutions.
