Custom Filling Systems

New Developments:

ProSys has refined their technology to include automated machinery for filling Airless Pump and Tube in Tube containers. Borrowing from their existing tube and syringe filling expertise allowed for proven designs to be incorporated in these new systems. Also new for Prosys is their Sanitary Fill Station constructed from 316L stainless steel and quick clamp connections for fast changeovers and easy cleaning.

Training:

Training typically includes on site start up and training assistance with the purchase of new automatic equipment. The extent of the training period is dependent on the system complexity. Prosys provides hands on training on the equipment and utilizes the operation manual and it's materials as a guide. Training includes, operation, routine adjustments, routine maintenance, basic trouble shooting and product change over.

Documentation:

Standard package includes one printed operator manual, machine assembly and electrical drawings and Bill of Material, as well as CD version; one set of OEM bulletins.
