Founded in 1945, Nalbach has earned its reputation for quality and performance in the design and manufacture of low maintenance and highly reliable plastic bottle unscrambling, powder filling, and aerosol filling machines.

Our range of filling equipment includes a line of auger fillers for low, moderate, and high-speed applications. All Nalbach auger fillers are servo driven with touchscreen controls.

We also offer volumetric filling machines covering the range from low-speed indexing to multiple-head, continuous motion, rotary high-speed systems. Capabilities include automatic fill weight control and an option for 3-A dairy applications.

Our range of unscrambling equipment includes a line of moderate speed plastic bottle and cartridge unscramblers. We have also released a new generation of high-speed plastic bottle unscramblers, which handle the lightest weight bottles being used today and has the smallest footprint in the industry. Our unscrambler designs, with no reciprocating motions, complicated mechanisms, or hard-to-adjust container handling parts, eliminates any need for adjustments, significantly minimizes maintenance and downtime, and carries a three-year warranty.

Nalbach offers a line of servo driven, Inline, “0/180” degree bottle orienters. These systems augment our line of plastic bottle unscramblers, providing a complete single source solution for bottle unscrambling and orienting applications.
