Fallas Automation Inc.
Fallas Automation has been a machine builder and provider of “End of line” automated packaging solutions since 1979. Fallas has a long track record for supplying sophisticated yet simple solutions.
Our product lines consist of:
• The G400 Gravity Drop Case Packer for packing flexible bags and pouches. Over 500 in service today.
• The R400 Robotic Pick and Place Case Packer for bags, pouches, tubs, trays and cartons. Over 400 in service today.
• The R700 Robotic Pick and Place Case Packer for bags and pouches, providing maximum flexibility for different pack patterns. Over 125 in service today.
• The ABB FlexPicker Vision Guided robot for placing wrapped and un-wrapped product into cases, trays and machine infeeds.
• All the Support Equipment and Controls required for the Fully Integrated Turn-key Systems. Case Erectors, Case sealers and weighers. Product Infeeds and much more.
All equipment is built in batches and designs are modular. Fallas case packing systems require very little, if any “Customization” and can handle a wide range of products. The machine you buy today will be the same machine you buy five years from now.
However, Fallas is constantly striving forward to meet the challenges presented by the marketing trends of today and tomorrow.
Fallas Philosophy
The Fallas Philosophy is to retain our leadership in the case packing industry. Always seeking new ways to improve our case packing systems through technology, continuous innovation and customer involvement.
Our Goal. To build machines that can adapt to years of change, withstand three-shift abuse and keep on running when others have failed. Today, Fallas Automation remains the only case packer manufacturer started by an engineer who originally worked on the customer’s side of the business.
“For over 30 years we’ve listened to your requirements for simple compact, lower-cost case packers and equipment. Here is the result: The kind of machines you’d build yourself if you had the time and resources.” David Fallas
