In 2012 in a continuous effort to meet these customer requirements and market evolution, Cermex launched the FlexiCase™ integrated case packer, introduced new collaborative robotic palletizing solutions, and continued to promote the honeycombed packaging capabilities of the successfully launched VersaFilm® shrink wrapper. We also acquired the Newtec Case Palletizing Group, expanded our global field service engineering base, and increased our manufacturing capabilities in Asia (India and China).
