The maintenance-free coder includes 2D data matrix codes, graphics, date/time, etc. Controls up to 4 compact, high-resolution, ink jet print heads with 1 controller, placed within 30 ft. of the print heads. Print heads can mount inside packaging equipment. Controllers install safely outside protective guards. Print the same or different messages at each of the print heads, at print speeds up to 100 meters/min. Each 17mm-high print head comes with its own cartridge-loaded ink reservoir, enabling a simple-to-operate, no-mess coder.
