Live From Interphex: Carton printing track and trace module

The Bosch CPS800 is a carton printing system module, which consists of a print and a camera to automatically print and verify up to 400 cartons per minute. Tracking data is printed onto the product and automatically checked for accuracy by the camera with reads each printed digit. Within milliseconds it compares the human-readable text with the 2D data matrix code and verifies it for accuracy.

The Monostar Pharma labeler from Capmatic labels small products such as vials, syringes, and ampoules. The track-and-trace capabilities require the removal of a faulty label before it's applied onto the container.
