Pillar Technologies has introduced a new cap and bottle detection system that uses multiple sensors, a laser sensor, an encoder, and microprocessor control from the induction sealer to search for missing foil, loose or crooked caps, and stalled bottles.
Model RTQ 80 ......RETORQUERThis retorquer reapplies the proper torque on the cap after induction sealing at speeds up to 60 cpm within a compact footprint that eases the machine's integration into the production line.
• A Kaps-All AU-3 unscrambler that places high-density polyethylene bottles onto a conveyor. Glass bottles are loaded on a feed table that are fed into a [b]McBrady[n] Model #200 Orbit bottle cleaner that uses air to do the job before placing bottles back onto the conveyor.
Enercon offers both rotary and indexing capless sealing systems, ideal for efficiently sealing containers without caps, or prior to lidding or overcapping. Due to advancements in coil design, these systems can now seal round, non-round, square, rectangular, oblong, metal, glass, and plastic containers.
Enercon introduces a new generation of ultracompact induction sealing power supplies. When matched with the company’s sealing heads, these new power supplies allow packagers to take advantage of the benefits of induction sealing for new applications, company says.
