The System 2000 750 Flight Bar from EDL (Green Bay, WI) pulls widths of LDPE around tubs or bricks and then conveys the pack through a low-energy heat tunnel at rates of 20 cycles/min.

The Muller® 2201 semi-automatic stretch wrapper coupled with the patented Pak-Air carriage from Newtec (Sunset Hills, MO) provides an economical alternative for pallet stretch wrapping of fresh produce and other products that must "breathe." Using ordinary stretch film instead of netting or costly macro-perforated film, the Pak-Air automatically pre-stretches and slices the film into bands.
