Shibuya Hoppmann built two different systems - one using a single feeder system with rates of 1,250 ppm, and a second combining two hi-speed feed systems (with rotary accumulation table), resulting in rates of 2,500 ppm. Both systems used a 2-color sensor to orient bi-colored parts.
