Shibuya Hoppmann designed a Sports Cap Feed and Capper Assembly System for a major closure manufacturer. The system feeds, orients and assembles spouts and locking caps at an output rate of 200 ppm using an eight-station continuous motion assembly system. Each station had an individual servo motor to precisely torque each cap assembly to preset specifications.

Schneider Electric’s PACDrive 3 is a fully Ethernet-based communication solution for PACDrive applications and provides a wide range of scalable performance for synchronized multi-axis motion, PLC functionally and robotic control on a single hardware platform.
Because B&R's ACOPOSmulti65 is a machine-mounted servo drive, the switching cabinet only contains the power supply modules and the necessary electromechanical components, making it much easier to implement modular machine architectures.
See it at PACK EXPO Booth # S-5277! The Camco RSD from DE-STA-CO is a zero-backlash, cam-actuated drive that can be used with both rotary and linear systems for accurate, smooth motions even at high speeds or with rapid speed changes.
Designed to meet basic motion needs by limiting programmability, Bison's ServoNOW servo system for single axis applications is easy to power, program, set-up and install which saves on critical development time.
