The MARQ Random High Performance Case Erector with Quick Change is said to eliminate all operator error in changeovers because it allows no operator interface other than loading boxes and punching the correct case code into the PLC.
The ever-increasable multiple-stack hopper permits many different sizes on the conveyor at any given time. Automatically changes over from case size to case size without any operator interface. Typical changeover is less than 1 min and is precise every time.
