Buyers rate reliability highest
Reliability ranks the highest of any buying criteria listed on a recent telephone survey of Packaging World readers who identified themselves as buyers of motors and drives.
That's understandable since motor failure translates into downtime on the packaging line. What's interesting to note is that availability and delivery ranked higher than service and support. Perhaps most surprising is that price was the least important of any buying factor listed on the survey.
