Nalbach Eng. has released the “S” series auger filling system, specifically designed for manual, batch-filling applications. Ideal for low-volume batch applications and applications in which product density varies significantly.

System has a scale that provides actual weight feedback to filler and uses 2 fills per container. First fill dispenses 90-95% of the target weight and the second “top-off” fill is based on the actual calculated product density of first fill. System monitors the product density on every fill, providing fill accuracies to 0.001%. Filler’s control panel performs all set-up and operation, using an intuitive, icon-based touchscreen.
