Augros Inc. and Grapic Solutions Intl. have developed a new and lightweight decoration on plastic molded parts called “SyneRGies.” The concept allows packaging designers to revitalize traditional cosmetic and fragrance packaging by making it light up and glow.

SyneRGies takes advantage of Augros Inc.’s advanced plastics production and assembly expertise combined with Graphic Solutions’ thin flat and flexible battery and lighting concepts to create these unusual packages. Graphic Solutions’ batteries and electroluminescent lamps are produced by printing processes and therefore are capable of being printed in different shapes and sizes to fit creative packaging requirements.
