A customized 2120 wrap system for glass vials featuring a Model 2138 printer/applicator is new from Label-Aire (Fullerton, CA). As the label is thermal-transfer-printed, it is advanced onto a short vacuumized grid.

Once fully dispensed the label extends approximately 1/2" past the end of the holding grid and onto the wrap belt. When vials enter the wrap station they contact the flagged portion of the label pulling it off the vacuumized grid and wrapping it around the vial walls. Capable of speeds to 60 products/min.
