The AirPouch® Express 3™ void-fill system from Automated Packaging Systems uses a vertical perforating process that upgrades the cutting knife used to slit the film material just prior to filling each pillow with air, significantly extending the length of time between maintenance cycles.

same. The AirPouch Express 3 is a portable, tabletop unit that
produces strips of air pillows at speeds of more than 50 ft/min. System
weighs 35 lbs. and has a footprint of 21 in. x 9 in. Requires no
compressed air to operate. AirPouch pillows are available in sizes 8
or 10 in. wide and a variety of standard lengths. AirPouch uses
EarthAware™ Biodegradable LLDPE and Recycled Film.
