The company recently began to streamline its international labeling business across 32 locations in the United States Europe Asia Australia the Middle East and Canada with PaxPro a global brand and packaging software service from Paxonix.

Allergan uses PaxPro’s workflow collaboration routing/approval project management and version control to automate standard operating procedures previously performed via hard copy and manual means.

“We conducted an exhaustive review of available solutions to find a product that provided specific answers to our challenges” notes Barbara Luhmann Allergan’s director of global compliance and labeling. “These included the ability to complete and maintain a validated state. Our standard operating procedures have been streamlined inside Allergan and among all our external suppliers.” —Jim Butschli
