This vertical cartoner is capable of running a wide range of carton sizes. 80% of adjustments are completed through PLC. Changeovers are completed within the same carton family in 3 to 4 minutes. This model is an excellent solution for food and confectionary customers with semi-complex applications. Key Features: ZAC product streaming technology significantly increases production efficiency by utilizing a unique ‘angle-fill’ technique that decreases downtime, product jams and waste. Product streaming eliminates clogging of light-weight products. The ZAC volumetric filler funnel requires no tools for changeovers, which allows for concise repeatability, quick changeovers, and multiple product allowance. This type of filler reduces product bridging.
