Sleeve packer

Schneider Packaging Equipment (Brewerton, NY) has released the SLV-6 sleeve packer for cartons of frozen ice cream novelties. System can run to 6 sleeves/min, or to 100 cartons/min.

SLV-6 is a simple loader with easy repeatable changeover. As opposing vacuums erect the sleeves a photoeye ensures the sleeves are ready to be loaded. A positive product handling system upstacks cartons which then get cross-pushed into the sleeve.
