International package design firm wins American award...
By
For the second year in a row, Burgopak Ltd. has won an American Package Design Award. This year, Sony's EyePet promotional pack took the honors—designed by the London office. The house–shaped paperboard pack "uses a 'hinged' roof that, when opened, presents the game's contents and actuates a pop-up of the EyePet character." What exactly IS the Sony EyePet? Sony's new PS3 augmented reality game. Last year the company won for their packaging of Target's Choxie line of artisan chocolate. American Package Design Awards are sponsored by NYC design magazine Graphic Design USA.
