FlavorSeal™ Barrier I and Barrier II Cooking Bags from CMS feature durable, multi-layered, coextruded construction said to result in high-quality finished products and efficient production in high-volume cook-chill operations.
Barrier I is designed for use in conjunction with cook-chill systems and cook-freeze applications providing strength to help improve shelf life and food quality in cook-in/ship-in applications. Barrier II bags offer high shrinkability allowing long slow cooking of meat products in a cook tank or in low-temperature high-humidity ovens.
