Automatic bag loader for cheeses

Designed for cheddar and Italian cheeses, the BLX-F2 allows processors to program their in-feed for both in-line and perpendicular product separation and staging, depending on the application. The new loader also handles a wider range of product weights, from 8 oz. to 12 lbs., and requires minimal time for change-overs.  Operates at speeds of up to 45 cycles/min. depending on product length, while ensuring gentle loading to maintain product integrity. The intelligent touch-screen operator interface can be programmed to save up to 99 different product settings, and is equipped with sensors and controls to ensure the product is correctly staged for accurate loading.  The autoloader handles bag widths of 4-14 in. and bag lengths up to 30 in. Built to 3A Dairy standards.
