Montell Polyolefins (Hoofddorp, the Netherlands), Showa Denko K.K. (Tokyo, Japan) and Nippon Petrochemicals Co., Ltd. (Tokyo, Japan) have announced their intention to establish a joint venture in Japan, to be named Japan Polyolefins Co., Ltd.
