Alsuisse Lonza Group Ltd. (Zrich, Switzerland) will propose to its shareholders to demerge its chemical and energy activities and to integrate the remaining aluminum and packaging businesses into a three-way merger with Alcan (Montreal, Quebec, Canada) and Pechiney (Paris, France).
