National Adhesives: National Adhesives: Food packaging adhesive
National Starch & Chemical (Bridgewater, NJ) has introduced Cycloflex® II 14-9201, a food packaging adhesive that retains flexibility after curing.
The product which bonds well to plastic containers particularly PET and HDPE helps keep labels in place even when the container is flexed and squeezed. The adhesive exhibits a high wet tack and bonds labels to uniquely shaped containers. The product also provides end-use resistance to ice water.
