Hot melt adhesive

Pinch-Lok(TM) 34-6610 is a new proprietary polymer hot melt adhesive for pinch-bottom, multi-wall and self-open sack (SOS) bags is available from National Starch & Chemical (Bridgewater, NJ).

Designed for bags holding products such as pet food and animal feed the polymer hot melt is said to provide greater adhesion and superior grease resistance over conventional PE-based hot melts. A lower viscosity is said to aid in initial wetting of the paper surface.
