The Avery Dennison Flexis™ Air One-way coffee valve is a pressure-sensitive degassing valve that can be applied at high speeds to flexible or rigid containers of ground or whole bean coffee to increase efficiencies in the coffee roasting and packaging process while improving the freshness of coffee.

The valve thoroughly degasses packaged coffee, offers superior leak
resistance, bonds securely and can be pre-applied to packaging
materials. Uses advanced materials and a unique multi-layer structure,
which makes it more flexible and more reliable than stiffer conventional
coffee valves. Can be applied using automatic label application systems
at speeds nearly twice that of injection molded heat seal-applied
degassing valves.
