From April 21 – 27 2005 interpack 2005 - 17th International Trade Fair for Packaging Machinery Packaging and Confectionery Machinery - will again be the global marketplace for packaging technology. As the No. 1 international trade fair for the industry interpack 2005 will feature the entire spectrum of packaging machinery and appliances as well as packaging materials confectionery machinery and appliances. Over 2 exhibitors and 175 visitors from around the world are expected to take part in the event held at the fairgrounds in Düsseldorf Germany.

Due to the construction of a new hall and the expansion of the existing Hall 13 an additional 107 square feet of net exhibit space will be available for interpack 2005. With the expansion the Düsseldorf fairgrounds offers 1.7 million square feet of net exhibit space for the exhibitors. The new hall is located close to the North Entrance of the fairgrounds and offers a gross exhibit space of 145 square feet.
