Fresh juice warnings?
Despite reports in the popular press, FDA isn't in a rush to require fresh juice makers to pasteurize their products after last fall's outbreak of illnesses (and one child's death) from E.
coli-tainted apple juice according to FDA spokesman Arthur Whitmore. Whitmore said FDA will issue guidance or proposed rule making during March or April.
