VersaBlue adhesive melters from Nordson Corp. (Duluth, GA) offer variable-speed AC motors and multiple pump selections to meet specific manufacturing requirements. Spur-gear pumps deliver maximum accuracy and flexibility.
Melters are currently available in 12- and 25-L tank sizes with 50- and 100-L sizes becoming available mid-2003. Grid and reservoir tank design reduces adhesive degradation while maximizing adhesive throughput. Melters use a Unix-based industrial PC.
