–The Institute of Packaging Professionals (Naperville, IL) announced that Paul J. Zepf has been named Member of the Year. –Exopack (Spartanburg, SC) received the 2001 Monsanto Supplier Quality Recognition Award for outstanding product quality and service.

Three packages from Graphic Packaging (Golden CO) received awards from the Association of Industrial Metallizers Coaters and Laminators. Diamond Packaging (Rochester NY) earned two awards in the 59th annual National Paperboard Packaging Competition. The Fridgemaster dispenser pack from MeadWestvaco (Atlanta GA) was awarded the Presidents Award and Structural/Technical Innovation Award from the Paperboard Packaging Council.
